If it wasn't under a lifetime warrantee I would have thrown it in the trash! I sent back my 4th Everyday Pan last week ... not because I like it so much ... but approximately every two years I've had to send it back to Calphalon for replacement. At least they honor their warrantee. Eventually the non-stick will start flaking and the pan will start developing `hot spots'. It's never been abused or misused according to their instructions, but that does not seem to matter. The sad part of the story is that I really love the pan. It is the right size to do a multitude of cooking tasks and on a crowded stovetop there is no 10" handle to get in the way. Would I buy another one or recommend the product? Definitely not ...

Was looking for a LONG time to find a good non-stick pan that wasn't too expensive. This one is great so far and easy to store.

I was going to get a 10" skillet, until I saw this one and read the other reviews. I decided to get this instead w/lid. I am not disappointed. I love this skillet! I use it almost every day. The sides slope, so it's easy to get food out of it and there is plenty of room for bacon strips w/o having to cut them in half. I also like the fact that there is no long handle to get in the way. This skillet is not heavy but it is good quality. Very nice product!

I do use this pan nearly every single day, from steaming veggies to omelets and for whatever I happen to be cooking.
The quality is great, like all the cookware from Calphalon, it's heavy.
I have no problems with food sticking and I use plain corn oil with everything I fry. The size of the pan is just right for everyday use. If you cook for a really large family, you may need something a little bigger, for me this is perfect.
Calphalon is a good purchase.

This is the best all purpose pan I have ever owned. It is the perfect pan to be able to make "saucy" entrees for 2. It is great to be able to sear your food and then add all your liquids to simmer (it was great for a Cooking Light Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic recipe I made). I've use it for almost every meal I make; I highly recommend this pan.
